Chip Cleary, Ph.D., MBA

Chip Cleary, Ph.D., MBA

Chip has 30 years of experience helping organizations drive impact from learning. After starting with the Boston Consulting Group, he was an early member of CognitiveArts, an innovator in technology-enabled learning-by-doing solutions. Cleary later led NIIT's Advisory Services practice, overseeing 100+ engagements including performance consulting, curriculum design, and strategic training assessment. He is the co-author of The CEO's Talent Manifesto: Align Talent Investments to Achieve Targeted Results.

David Foster, Ph.D., MBA

David Foster, Ph.D., MBA

David has leadership experience in both the corporate and the higher-ed sectors. He previously was Chief Academic Officer at a leading online leadership development provider. His Ph.D. in Computer Science was at Northwestern's Institute for the Learning Sciences. He founded the nonprofit Know The System, and in 2024 David published "Moderates of the World, Unite!", a set of national proposals for media reform.

With over 25 years of experience in eLearning design and development, Patrick brings a unique blend of human-computer interaction expertise and technical proficiency to the digital education landscape. As a founder and operator of Interactive Works for the past 17 years, he has created engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences—from Fortune 500 professionals to K-12 students. His deep understanding of technology and learner needs has enabled him to successfully develop solutions that are both innovative and highly effective. Patrick is passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence to create more personalized and adaptive learning experiences that revolutionize how we approach education.

Steven Shaklan, Ph.D.

Steven Shaklan, Ph.D.

Steven has spent nearly two decades designing impactful learning experiences for corporate and academic audiences. He's held leadership positions at Socratic Arts, a learning design consultancy that spun off from the Institute for the Learning Sciences at Northwestern. Most recently, he served as Sr. Vice President of Instructional Design at ExecOnline, a leading executive education provider. He received his Ph.D. from Columbia University.
